Link data into a cell out of an attachment

Hi,

Is it possible to get a cell auto populated from data in an attachment in the form of a PDF or Excel?

Our goal is to reduce manual capturing of data that continually changes.

Hello,

There isn't functionality for taking data from a PDF or Excel file and automatically populating it in a sheet but I've added your vote for this to our enhancement request list for further consideration by our Product team.

With that being said, you can import Excel files as new sheets in Smartsheet: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/504553-importing-files-to-create-new-sheets
