Webhook is not triggering in Smartsheet

Hi Team,

We are creating a webhook via API for Smartsheet sheet. After creating webhook we will add some data in the sheet to trigger the event. In some point of time the webhook is not triggering. Can you please help us here.

A newly created webhook is disabled by default; have you gone through the steps in the API documentation to complete the verification process? (See the details on this page, here.)

If you've gone through these steps, are you receiving an error? (There's a list of webhook errors & what to do, here).

Finally, if none of this has helped, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support with screen captures of your set up and your issue, or potentially even a screen recording, if possible.
