If [employee id] comes up 4x's in 365 days
Hello Smartsheet team,
I am stuck on how to get this formula correct. I need to count if an employee logged in 4 times anytime within 365 days from their initial log in. Any information is helpful, thank you for your time and assistance in advance.😀

Hi Lisa, can you share an example of the formula you are using and screenshots of any methods / the sheet where you are tracking user login?

@Mike Wilday this is giving me a count if I retrieve the initial day the employee logged in and last time they logged out. However I can't understand how I will count for 365 from the initial log in
IF(OR(ISDATE([READMIT MIN DISCHARGE DATE]@row), ISDATE([READMIT MAX DISCHARGE DATE]@row)), 1, 0)

A screenshot of the sheet would help. But I imagine you might use something like Min to calculate the earliest date. However there may be other ways to calculate this. It's hard to tell without know what data is being captured on the sheet. is there a way to share a shot without proprietary data?
