SUMIF with FIND
Greetings,
=SUMIFS({Commercial MRR}, {Commercial Service Type}, "10M", {Commercial Services}, FIND("soho", LOWER({Commercial Services}) > 0))
I tried the above formula that I found the logic in a post from mid 2019, but I wasn't sure if that thread was considered dead so I created this thread.
I'm getting an error with the above formula
any help would be great.

I think there are 2 errors. First, the condition of greater than 0 is on the inside of the FIND function. Second, I think you'll need to use the @cell designation inside the FIND instead of calling the range again. Something like:
=SUMIFS({Commercial MRR}, {Commercial Service Type}, "10M", {Commercial Services}, FIND("soho", LOWER(@cell)) > 0)
