Is there a way to pre-populate a form based on information that is in a sheet?

Yes, with the URL query feature.

When you click in the URL created with the help from the URL-query it will open the Form layout with fields already filled in.

Hi Andree,

I have an issue putting in more than four fields in a row. Is there a limit to how many sections can be pre-populated?
