Count a number between two dates

Hi, 

Do you know if there is a formula that will count how many rapports were produced between given dates (20-01-01) and (20-12-31) in the Created (Date) column for the person xxx?

Is that an actual date column? It's a unique format. If it is, then you could do

=COUNTIFS(Created:Created, AND(@cell <= Date(2021, 12, 31), @cell >= Date(2020, 01, 01))
