If we have a smartsheet of data and want to say "if this column says AMA, copy it to a different sheet" and still have it linked so when we update the original sheet, the copied sheet updates??

Hi @bday2329,
I don't think its possible to do bidirectional updates between sheets. You could create a report with just "AMA" data. Changes in the report post to the sheet.
Not sure this is of any help.

If you want to copy a row to another sheet (already set up) we could use-cross sheet formulas and the new Column Formula to keep it updated as long as we have something unique we could reference.
Make sense?

Here is what I have for a formula
In my copy to sheet I have a column formula of
=IF([Item Number]@row = {Item #}, {Col 3})
I am trying to check the copy from sheet by Item number and if a match is found use the value in column 3 from the copied from sheet in the copy to sheet
AAATESTSheet 2 is the copy to sheet
