Merging column Formulas with different FIND options

I'm trying to build a consolidated formula where i want to split the numbers from the x1 column without any separator as shown in LEFT & RIGHT columns, so that i can calculate the unique count (Column Count).

I am facing issue with merging of the formulas as shown in column Formula in order to separate the x1 column values either by "+" or "-".

Can i get some help on this please.

First create each of the different formulas. Then combine them using IF statements.

=IF(FIND("-", [x1]@row) > 0, insert_"-"_formula, IF(FIND("+", [x1]@row) >0, insert_"+"_formula, insert_"neither"_formula))
