Who can answer technical questions about Live Data Connector to extract data from Excel?

Trying to determine if one can:

Include full path to Excel workbook in Smartsheet cell

Include name of Worksheet in Smartsheet cell

Point to designated Excel Worksheet in designated Workbook

Transfer data based on Excel Worksheet named ranges to Smartsheet

The Smartsheet Live Data Connector provides a read-only experience and is not able to write data into Smartsheet (see the documentation for the Live Data Connector, here.)

It sounds like you may actually be more interested in the premium application Data Uploader, which would be able to "transfer data based on excel named ranges" as in your last point. (See here for more information on Data Uploader.)
