What is the formula to count only if two checkboxes in separate columns are checked?

What is the formula to count only if two checkboxes in separate columns are checked? If one of the checkboxes are not checked, i do not want that line counted.

If you are just counting rows where 2 checkbox columns are both checked:

=COUNTIFS([Check Box1]:[Check Box1], 1, [Check Box2]:[Check Box 2], 1)

Just update the column names
