Phone Number Format

Hello -

We are using web forms and hoping there is a way to require users to put in their number in the following format - Format (555)555-5555, is that possible?

It is not possible to force a format, but you could include instructions in the field notes when building the form, send out an update request for improperly formatted phone numbers, or use hidden helper columns with formulas to reformat the number in a different cell.
