How do get started with Control Center?

does anyone know what the first steps are to building a control center? Is there existing a step by step instruction?

Here's some information to get you started, but I would recommend getting help from Smartsheet or a Consultant because it's quite advanced to set up if you haven't done it before.

If you decide to try it yourself, I'd recommend doing it in a sample environment to start.
