01/01/17 returns 20/01/17 .....need 20/02/17
31/01/17 returns 20/03/17.....need 20/02/17
#Invalid Data Type if Invoiced date empty (Where dose IFERROR go)
DATE(YEAR([Invoiced Date]2), MONTH([Invoiced Date]2 + 30), 20)

The formula that you've pasted will add the number 30 to the months, which will give you an invalid.
