How to auto update gridline entries?
I'm creating a database for users to upload documents to share with the work group and I was approached with a concern on how will the documents will be updated once a new version is created. I created a Form to ease the upload and categorizing process for the user but I don't know if there is an option to be able to pull data from the gridline on the Form to be able to update an existing item. The documents being uploaded can change in time and the concern of using an "obsolete" document or an "old" version of the document is concerning. Is there a function within the forms that allows me to pull data from existing entries and uploading a document to substitute an existing one?
