Auto-Generated Date Report
It seems that you cannot run a report based on a filter condition such as "Not in the past X Days", if you are having the condition look at an auto-generated date. That seems odd, because within the grid, you can run a filter based on that same criteria - "Not in the past X Days" - and it works. Anyone know if you have to do something different on a report?

Hi @Ross Novotny ,
I believe that the issue is that the auto-generated dates include a time stamp which confuses your filter. Create a separate helper column in your sheet. called Date Only for this example. Give the column date property. Create a column formula in Date Only that is =DATEONLY([insert your auto date column title]@row)
Then use the Date Only column for your filters.
Help?

Yes, Thanks @Mark Cronk . I had already created that DateOnly helper column and that is working. But I find it odd that if I am within the source sheet, I can create a filter based on the auto-generated date (with time stamp), but not if I do a condition filter within a report reading from the source sheet.

Hi Ross, It is curious. Any chance this is related to the new report format and filters or did you experience this prior to the report change?

Im not sure if it's the new report format. I was just building it today. I'm guessing there might be some kinks to work out with the new reports.
