Why is this formula not working? For the life of me works in excel.

=COUNTIFS({Network Security Projects Range 1}, [NetSec Group]2, {Network Security Projects Range 6,"Arlyssa Jaquez"})

Try this:

=COUNTIFS({Network Security Projects Range 1}, [NetSec Group]2, {Network Security Projects Range 6} ,"Arlyssa Jaquez")

There was a } out of place. Beyond that confirm that when you click on the formula [NetSec Group]2 highlights. If you still get an error we'll go to the next step.
