Contract Management

Can you automatically hyperlink from a form if they select a certain answer?

Or can smartsheet create a new form each time someone answers yes in a specific question in a form?

    Here is an easier question...

I am building a procurement set in smartsheet, we are a small office but we need to be able to create a fluid system that allows our procurement advisor to have an overview of all agreements across the different units and including any and all variations.

So we will have the following

    1. A form that populates the contract info
    2. Another form (separate sheet) for the milestones aligning back to the above via a Project & Contract ID.
    3. Another form requesting a variation to be completed when changes to the original contract changes.
    4. All must link back to the first sheet
    5. Only the relevant milestones and variation to a contract are linked into the first sheet.

Is this at all possible with smartsheets?

    Hi @SharonR

    Not sure I follow.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!

    @SharonR

Yes, as I understand your need, it's certainly possible.

What is the reason for the structure? There's nothing wrong with it. I want to understand more about the process.

Feel free to share more information if you have.
