Is it possible to lookup a comment added to any row (As it's not a cell)?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

I actually found a semi solution, to download the activity log of all Comments, then upload based on row ID.

That's a great workaround.

It's probably also possible to use Zapier or similar to collect the comment to the row.
