Hello experts,
I have a smartsheet which gets populated via form responses. I have enabled an automation as Alert someone when new raw is added. (each time form is submitted)
I have also enabled UNRESTRICTED at automation setting, however, one of the email alias is not receiving email. I have tried so many times but one specific email address is not receiving notification email. Of course, the email address is not wrong, spelling is correct too. Is it possible that email server, firewall or security is blocking the email? How can I find, what is going on? What should I try to resolve this issue?
