Counting the number of cells that contain today's date
Hello,
I have a range of about 15 columns in another sheet that I need to find out how many instances today's date occur. I am getting a 0 for the result. There are actually 2.
=COUNTIF({Date}, @cell = TODAY())
Not sure how I go about getting this to calculate properly.
As always, any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Have you confirmed that you selected the correct columns for your range?
How are the dates in those columns populated?
Are all of those columns formatted as date type columns?

You know what, smartsheet is slow. I just went back into this sheet with this formula and the number populated. On the bright side, this formula worked.
Apologies for wasting your time.

No worries at all. Depending on the number of rows, 15 columns in your range coupled with possibly other calculations running on your sheet could definitely slow things down a bit.
