Sales Projections Sheet

Hello All:

I'm working on a sales projections sheet and looking to create and easy to notice symbol, on target, below target, and off-target.

What is the formula to be able to easily create this?

I'd recommend this Symbol set.

Try something like this.

=IF(OR(Target@row = "", Sales@row = ""), "", IF(Sales@row = Target@row, "Unchanged", IF(Sales@row < Target@row, "Down", IF(Sales@row > Target@row, "Up"))))
