Stopping alerts once completed

Hi all,

I'm new to setting up alerts and would appreciate some guidance.

I have a list of ~500 people. I have their first and last names and email addresses. They need to add an ID#, click a dropdown choice and enter a date. That's all.

I've set up an alert to send an alert daily, but how do I stop the alerts from being sent to the people that respond?

Any assistance is appreciated!

Hi @Veronica Tate ,

Sounds like you just need to add a condition to your update request. The condition would check for an ID# and Date and send alerts only to those that haven't responded. Do you know how to do that? You would send the alerts individually to the person's email who need to submit the update.
