Hi @Amna Ahmed ,
Is [Project No] your primary column? Primaries appear on all reports. If you don't want them to be visible you can hide them.
Help?

Hi @Amna Ahmed
To add to Mark's excellent advice/answer.
You can also change the name of the Primary column in the report. Sometimes you might collect data from multiple types of sheets and want to change it to something else.
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

Project is my primary column in the sheet but it doesnt appear in that report i created to even choose it

@Amna Ahmed I'm having the same trouble with some existing reports. The primary column no longer populates in the report and I can't see it in the list of column options to disable and reenable it. Is there a glitch?

I also have this same problem. Primary column not being able to be picked in a report. Is there some way to fix this?

Looks like Smartsheet has an issue.
For me, I renamed my Primary Column on all my sheets to match one another. The reports I pull now have a "Primary Column" and "Newly Named" column and they are both primary and both have the same name but for whatever reason the report lists them as two different columns, with two different names.

Primary Column doesn't appear as an option because it is automatically added to the report when created and can't be removed. Is there a hidden column somewhere in your report?
