Leaderboard Formula struggles

Hi,

I feel like this is an obvious question but I can't seem to figure this out. I'm wanting to create a leaderboard to count how many miles people have competed in a competition. I have created a column with emails with a countif formula to count how many times this email has appeared in our entries but now want to create a new column that says "Count how many miles were completed if this email appears" and I am unsure how to?

Try something like this.

=SUMIF(Email:Email; People@row; Miles:Miles)

The People column is where you add the email addresses you want to sum from the Email column.

@Andrée Starå Just as an extra, I was wondering if this formula could be amended to add an extra condition, so if this email address appears, sum the miles IF it is ____ activity?

Understand if you don't know, I'm just being a little cheeky and asking for more :)

Try something like this. (now it's changed to a SUMIFS because we have multiple criteria)

=SUMIFS(Miles:Miles; Email:Email; People@row; Miles:Miles; >10)
