Hi

i am trying to count the number of projects "On Hold" and above 0%

=COUNTIF([Install progress]:[Install progress], "On Hold", [% Complete]:[% Complete] > 0)

but this is not working any help?

Change your function to a COUNTIFS with the "S" on the end.

i put =COUNTIFS(([Install progress]:[Install progress], "On Hold", [% Complete]:[% Complete] > 0))

and got #UNPARSABLE

You are also missing a comma between your second range and it's criteria:

=COUNTIFS([Install progress]:[Install progress], "On Hold", [% Complete]:[% Complete], > 0)
