How to edit an existing row through a Smartsheet Form (Not an update request)

Just to clarify, our Smarter Forms app works with Smartsheet data, but it is external to Smartsheet. It doesn't utilise the core Forms feature, but it does allow you to create new rows AND edit existing rows, as well as provide proper conditional logic when entering data with real time updates.
