Are you using the placeholder feature?

If you change the Runworkflow setting to anything else, then When triggered, it will group the notification, but then the placeholder feature won't work.

Would that work?

Then you can change the Run workflow setting to something else, but When triggered and it should work.

i set the workflow "when triggered but alert works based on on row , it is not grouping" i think i do something wrong

thanks @Andrée Starå , i understood now ,but i tried it for the approval workflow but system says that for approval only "triggered " is working . Is thre any way for approval workfloe to take groupped approvals

so at workflows tehere are 2 flows , one of them is revised date approval , when i enter to many rows to revised date rquest column , i want that with an only one notification mail approval request will go to approver.

and the other workfloe even i created it is not working , maybe you are should check it too , if it is possible
