Problems with Smartsheet add-in in Outlook web app (OWA)
When in OWA on my iPhone I click on the already installed Smartsheet for Outlook add-in just above the email body. I then get directed to the Add to Smartsheet window. I then click on the Connect to Smartsheet button, the add-in seems to want to load but then stops and shows the Add to Smartsheet window again as if nothing happened. I am connecte to our company's 0365 instance as my OWA works fine retrieving all my emails. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I noticed that you are using OWA on your iPhone. Have you tried Smartsheet's new Outlook Mobile for iOS add-in? It has the same functionality as our OWA add-in but is optimized for mobile.
