I have created a summary project report that is displayed on our company's intranet site using the embed code. It does not fill the page and the viewport becomes very tiny on smaller screens. Is there any way to display the report in full size?

There isn't a way to create a full-screen view with the embed code (these are iframes and can only be embedded as a frame in another site) but you might instead consider getting the publish link— just the URL, not the full iframe embed code—and placing that URL on your intranet site for people to click on.
