Is there any way to get data from attached excel file with ETLworks integrator?

I'm not very familiar with ETL works, however I found their documentation here: Smartsheet Connector.

On this page it states that extracting data from Smartsheet is similar to extracting data from the relational database with ETL. Based on this, it looks like the integrator would gather data from within Smartsheet's cells, but not from attached files.

I would suggest contacting ETL Works support if the information above has not helped.
