@Bassam.M Khalil I have a form with a colleague submitting data that then drops onto a sheet, a colleague email can appear more than once. I'm looking to find a way to group the emails together to monitor all submissions that one person has done and collectively give a total for the number of activities they have completed. I have used count distinct to count the number of different emails but still need to identify what these emails are to create an overall list?

You could use a report instead with the new grouping feature.

I have used a report grouping but it doesn't allow me to pull it through to a dashboard. Is it possible to display this in a sheet? I really just want to identify and list unique values.
