I have Sheet that has a Column type as Checkbox, I have to count Checked and Unchecked boxes.

Try this.
=COUNTIF(ColumnName:ColumnName, 1)
Did that work?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Column Name = Filled, and I'm using
