I need a template for project management for land development projects wherein I use multiple people/employees with various tasks in order to obtain permits and complete engineering plans. There are milestones for completion, various correspondence such as emails etc which I would like be able to log and if possible open emails from outlook and files on a network/various windows folders. Any suggestions?
