Retrieving Lost Data

I realize that this is a shot in the dark and I know it wasn't possible in the past, but does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve data that was deleted from a sheet after the sheet was then saved.

If there's a way to get this back then let me know.

Thanks!

    Jeffrey,

If the sheet was saved, the data deleted, and then saved again, you can recover the data pain-stakingly from the cell history.

If the row was deleted, it is gone.

Backups can only get you so far.

You can set up a recurring backup (weekly), request a backup (manually), but the sheet changes are only saved back to the save point, I believe.

What if you have an auto save tuend on and while you were palying with formulas or sorting, sheet saves ur undesired changes, is there a way to go back if there is no manual backup save?
