Hi: I am trying to send alerts using email to text addresses for contacts listed in a contact column for each row. The alert is set to 'includes message only,' as shown below:
Instead of receiving the message body only in the text message, I'm getting the rich email formatting content:

Is there a way to remove rich formatting from alert messages so that only the message body text is delivered?
Or...I have started to evaluate Zapier SMS integration with Smartsheet. Unfortunately, it doesn't allow the trigger to be set more specifically...what we need is for the alert to go out in text when a smartsheet column for a row = X and the date listed in another column for that row = today. Is Zapier SMS integration with Smartsheet capable of doing this / am I missing what Zapier can do?
