Hi Jessica,

If you are just looking at the number of duplicates for each invoice number within the sheet, you can use a formula column with countif:

=countif([Invoice Number]:[Invoice Number],[Invoice Number]@row) . Would love to know if there is an easier way from other participants.

You'd need to add a so-called helper column with something like Sravya's formula and then reference it in the conditional format.
