Is there any way to combine this 2 columns into 1 using smartsheet formulas? Need the SLA col only.

=IF([Status (PDMG)]@row = "Approved", IFERROR(IF(OR(NETWORKDAYS([PIC-CM (Date Received)]@row, [CTPO (Date Approved)]@row) > 3, NETWORKDAYS([PIC-CM (Date Received)]@row, TODAY()) > 3), "Red", IF(OR(NETWORKDAYS([PIC-CM (Date Received)]@row, [CTPO (Date Approved)]@row) <= 3, NETWORKDAYS([PIC-CM (Date Received)]@row, TODAY()) <= 3), "Green")), ""))
