Shared report/sheet not showing any data

Hello,

New user here. The company I work for created and shared a schedule that I can see as a sheet on my account. ...yet no data shows up. The other users can see the data perfectly fine. I can't....

Any help is appreciated!!!

Are you sure it is a sheet, or might it be a report?

I see the tabs, but no data.
