COUNTIFS Formula

I'm tryng to work work out the forumal for counting all the cases of "WON" within a specifc year. Should be simple and I can do this easy enought with SUMIFS (usig both month and year).

I am using

=COUNTIFS({Proposals Range 1}, "WON", (IFERROR(YEAR(@CELL), 0) = 2021))

Tried every varitaion but keep getting UNPARSEABLE message. Tried all sorts of combinations

You're missing the range for the Year and some other things.

It should be something like this.

=COUNTIFS({Proposals Range 1}, "WON",{Date Range}, IFERROR(YEAR(@cell), 0) = 2021)
