Smartsheet API to Link with AzureDevOps

I am working with two tools and would like to have an API that would link Azure DevOps and the Smartsheet. Is there currently a API from Smartsheet would connect and interface with Azure DevOps?

It would be helpful to know exactly what you're trying to accomplish, but the API will be the bridge between the two systems; you shouldn't need another Connector. See the Azure Devops page: Integrate applications

"You can build custom applications or services that integrate with your Azure DevOps accounts by using the REST APIs to make direct HTTP calls... Along with interacting with Azure DevOps in your application, you can also integrate with popular third-party services."

Yes, Smartsheet has an API which enables licensed Smartsheet users to programmatically access and manage their organization's Smartsheet account and data.

Non-technical person here so I hope this question makes sense... if we try using the Smartsheet API to connect with Azure Devops for automated Smartsheet data field updates pulled from ADO, do we still require some kind of Connector (like MS Powerautomate, Powerapps etc.) to bridge the two systems?
