Options for % Complete are correct, but the Summary or Parent Row is not calculating all the child , indented tasks correctly.
-
Have you added any duration to the rows?

I am having the exact same issue. Duration is added to the rows, project settings are consistent with Joel's.
I will add, only some project tasks are having this rollup problem- not all.
Thanks!

Was this ever resolved? I'm having the same issue!

I think I may have figured it out. Make sure your duration is calculating properly. I just noticed that for some new tasks I added even when I setup the start and end date, maybe because they were the same, the duration was 0. I changed the end date to the next day, which changed duration to 2 days and the % complete calculated properly. I changed the end date back to the original date and it's still working!

I have the same problem. Duration is working properly but the complete % isn't adding up properly.

Hello,
Did you guys every find a resolution to this issue?
Thank you

I have same issues, below solution is working for me, hope that could help you as well!
I have a column to count the children row =COUNT(CHILDREN())
Then the "% Complete" column, I use this formula
=IF(Children@row <> 0, AVERAGEIF([% Complete]40:[% Complete]45, <>"", [% Complete]40:[% Complete]45), "0%")

Hello, has anyone been able to figure this out without adding in a new formula? I thought the whole purpose of utilizing the % Complete with parent/child rows was to not have to add in other formulas but mine is not calculating correctly at all.
