How to Transfer SysAdmin to someone else.

I want to transfer the Sysadmin duties over to IT and just remain as a licensed user, How do I do that? Thanks

Hello @GetITDone,

In User Management, add sysadmin access to the IT user you want to take over those duties. It's good to have more than one sysadmin. Then that user can remove the sysadmin access from your user and you can remain a licensed user.
