Hi Bassam - Thank you for looking into this. I must miss something from your suggestion because it seemed not working. Just to clarify my use case, I don't want to alert anyone. However, I need to copy/reference the Owner column with the value in Jira Assignee column when these 2 conditions are met. Many thanks!
