Is it possible to Extract Information (Pull) from a Smartsheet to load directory (csv, Excel...)

We have a process in place where we would like to integrate data collected from a Smartsheet from into another solution to enrich records. Smartsheet would only be part and we are looking for an automate and PULL information from a specific Smartsheet into something that either could be loaded into Excel.

We are trying to avoid having to manually export data into a CSV or similar and manually integrate. Thank You

To automate this I think you'll need to use a 3rd party application like Zapier.
