How to remove conditional formatting from Control Center Template - Visual Symbol change
So we were using the 3 visual symbols R/Y/G for Health but have added Blue now to that formula. I need to update all the plans globally to now have the R/Y/G/B symbols. I am getting an error that conditional formatting is preventing the update. When I delete the conditional format rules from the template file it is still giving me an error.
I need help to figure out how to best go about this global change.
Do I change the project template first and then go into Control Center or do I leave the project template as it and try to adjust in the blueprint?
Thanks
Kristi

Hello @KCurry ,
I would first attempt to change this in the Template as Global Updates modify the templates and not the blueprint. See more on this here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476706-smartsheet-control-center-make-global-updates
