Trying to use the last cell in a row formula when the sheet is updated to update the formula

WHEN A SHEET IS UPDATED WITH NEW INFORMATION AND I WANT A SUMMARY REPORT TO GRAB THE LAST ROW ON THE SHEET FOR ITS DATA TO CALCULATE. THIS SUMMARY WILL BE USED ON A DASH BOARD. SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS
