Finding duplicated unique IDs within a certain year

Hello,

I have a list of unique IDs that I would like to count how many times they occur during the year. I am trying to use the unique ID column and the year the job was filed to get a summary of how many times that unique ID was found annually? Any help would be greatly appreciated

What about adding a helper column with the following formula:

=COUNTIFS([Unique ID]:[Unique ID], [Unique ID]@row, [date column name]:[date column name], year([date column name]@row)

You could also take advantage of the new column formula capability. Create your new Text/number column and paste that formula in the 1st row. Then right-click the cell and choose convert to column formula.
