I am stuggling with formulas
=IF(Grade@row, >=Desired@row), "1"
If x row is greater desired, enter 1. This is so SIMPLE and I feel silly even asking but I have spent too much time... I figured out this one =COUNTIF([Column2]@row:[Column25]@row, "GREEN"), but cannot get the one I am working on now. Any help, thank you!

You are very close, just some erroneous commas and brackets ;-)
=IF(Grade@row >= Desired@row, 1) will do the trick. This will give you a blank if the answer is false.
