Carry out site surveys for a network transition incorporating desktop and mobile app

I'm new to Smartsheets but am finding it very good for managing project progress.

I am scheduling a team to carry out site surveys and have been tring to incorporate the mobile app so they can fill out site contact details, yes/no options, tickboxes from site and attach the comms rack photos. However I'm finding it hard setting up the a mobile friendly view to feed into a desktop sheet that shows easily accessible data.

Is there a way to have a separate sheet for each site for mobile that feeds into a single desktop sheet? Open to any suggestions

Yes, there are multiple ways to structure a solution.

One way to make it simpler is to use the Mobile View.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Hi Andree

I will share the sheet with you. I need to be able to have a number of categrories recorded from each site . All up there will be about 50 - 60 unique pieces of information per site to be gathered so we can check how much recabling or remediation is required before we deploy hardware and services. Information including
