Autofilling Email in a Sheet with Workflow

Hello!

I just built a smartsheet with a workflow to send an email out to requestors to confirm whether they want a contract renewed or not. Unfortunately, I have to manually fill in the emails. Because it is a company program, everyone is already prefilled and the emails do come up when I begin entering it in. Is there a way to automate having the email filled in?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])
